When you go Mahana, you are family and when it comes to family, we like to stay in touch - with the potential to ask you to babysit! You'll receive regular (but not too regular - we know how people feel about too much time with family) updates, latest research, information on Mahana events happening near you and just general goodwill from us to you.
A chance to share your learnings
Our courses and workshops are a chance for past participants to become cultural ambassadors. If you're up for it, we want you to become the teachers, sharing with the rookies how you've used your learnings and telling the story of how you became a Mahana Jedi!

What do I do if I cannot attend a session?
To start with, we would be extremely sad for you and for us - because who knows what magic this union could have created. But never fear we would never give up on you so easily, with enough notice (more than one day) we will get you booked into another session and back on the pathway to your Mahana training destiny.
We can already tell you're a smart cookie who plans ahead. Which is great news because so do we! Once you've pressed submit, you will receive an email with your receipt. Two days before the training starts you will receive a super enthusiastic welcome email explaining all you need to know for your Mahana adventure! Ready....Set....GO!
Are all the trainings catered?
Really? Is the Pope a Catholic? Seriously, we want you to know that every single Mahana training is always ALWAYS catered, with a fantastic offering of food. So wear your elastic-waisted pants cause we got you!!!
At Mahana refunds are a bit like Santa, they are really lovely and magical, but they don't really exist! Although we might be headmaster strict on this point, we are also super creative when it comes to problem solving. We'll help you to either reschedule, or give your place to a nominated person of your choosing. It's our job to try everything to get you here!
Another great question! Do you have all day? Jokes, we would probably only need 2.5 hours to go over the main points but for the sake of a concise FAQ we will say - fun, innovation, humour, stories, amazing content and LIFE CHANGING-NESS!!! We genuinely cant wait to meet you! :)
